Description
The first editions of this design feature the Golden Pavilion without gold leaf, as the gilding had slowly deteriorated over time. The current edition is from a much later printing and depicts the gilding once more, adding the golden reflection in the water. There are many differences, and the current edition is probably printed from recarved blocks.
