Shipping
All shipping costs are included in the prices listed. This is true for all destinations in the world. Prints are shipped with insurance and strong packing to prevent damage.
All prints are in our collection in the Netherlands and ship from there.
Even if shipping costs are included in the price, it does reduce our costs to ship multiple prints within one order together. As such, if you already decided to order multiple prints, we appreciate it if you order them together (but understand that is not always possible or desirable of course.)
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment. You receive the track & trace code by email when the print ships.
Typical delivery times after dispatch:

Customs and import duties
For many locations you will not have to pay customs duties. For the UK and the US we pay the customs duties (they are included in the listed price) and handle the administration. For countries within the EU there are no customs duties to pay as all prints ship from within the EU (the Netherlands). For other destinations you might have to pay customs duties. You will not pay these to Nipponprints, but will be asked to pay them when importing. If you need help with determining what the costs will be, please contact us via our contact-form. We have to admit though that we do not know the specific rules of all countries and cannot always determine them. We will try however.
Packing and insurance
We pack the prints carefully using acid-free materials, in paper, then in plastic protection and then between strong plates, providing protection against pressure and folding. We use insured shipping with track and trace.
Returns
You can return the items within 14 days after delivery to you. Upon return of the undamaged items we will refund the item costs as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that the shipping costs for the return are for the customer and that responsibility for the return is with the customer too. As such, we recommend using the same packing materials we used to send the print to you and to choose a suitable shipping method.

Refunds
Once the returned print has arrived and been checked, we initiate the refunding of the item costs within 2 working days to the original payment method. Depending on the financial institutions involved it can take longer before the funds show up in your account.
