Description
Two little egrets stand between Sweet Flag Flowers. This is one of Rakusan Tsuchiya's best-known prints from the series Rakusan's Flower and Bird Print Series. The original woodblocks of this print were acquired by the publisher Unsodo in recent years and subsequently used to print the edition shown here. The paper used was old paper acquired along with the woodblocks, which allowed for the creation of high-quality impressions, very close to the lifetime editions.
