Yoshitoshi Tsukioka – Gravemarker Moon

Original woodblock print. The first edition of this design was published in 1886. The current print was printed in the Meiji period (1868 – 1912).

Image size (excluding margins): 32.8 * 22.4 cm (12.9 * 8.8 in).

The print is in good state. In the upper right image there is some slight soiling. There are very mild folds in the image below the upper right signatures and above the woman. To the left of these folds the margin is damaged with a small tear present on the back. This tear does however not extend to the front of the paper. On the back remnants are visible of a small marking in red.
