Description
The print is known under the title Wind Blowing at Tsukuba, but it is a knockoff print of Takahashi Shotei’s Cold Winter Wind, published by Watanabe. Though the knockoff is of good quality in general, the current print is a poor impression, that would surely not have passed quality control had it actually been published by Watanabe.
Condition notes
The print is in very good state, but though other parts are printed well, it is a poor impression due to missing paint at various places, leaving behind white marks.
