Okuhara Seiko – Sparrow and Poppy

Original woodblock print. The first edition of this design was published circa 1910. The current print was printed in the Meiji period (1868 – 1912).

Image size (excluding margins): 24.0 * 25.0 cm (9.4 * 9.8 in).

The print is in fair state and has discolored strongly. Its margins have been trimmed and there is matburn along the edges of the image. The paper has aged and there are a few tiny spots. On the back a note has been written in pencil.
