Description
This print combines Nishida Tadashige's specialty, cats, with that of some other woodblock artists, cherry blossoms (sakura). Like with his cats, Nishida Tadashige seems to need only a few lines to capture the sakura, some of its blossoms slowly raining down towards the two cats below it. The condition of the print is excellent, but that is a small spot on the left above the image where the paper is damaged. This is not in the image itself, but is shown here in a separate picture for the sake of completeness.
Condition notes
The print is in very good state. There are wrinkles in the margin. There is a slight printing imperfection above the cats, a tiny blue dot.
