Description
The current print is a rare design from an artist about whom hardly anything is known. There are similar designs known, among which one from Kawase Hasui, and the print could be considered a well-printed knock-off.
Condition notes
The print is in fair condition. The margins have browned and show foxing spots and a small tear in the right margin extends into the image. There is some browning inside the image too, and discoloration along the left edge, consistent with previous matting. On the verso, part of a sticker remains.
