Yoshitoshi Tsukioka – The Cry of the Fox

Original woodblock print. The first edition of this design was published in 1886. The current print is from the Meiji period.

Image size (excluding margins): 32.6 * 22.3 cm.

The print has aged and lost part of its color. Next to the margins, inside the image, there is matburn. Throughout the image there is browning. The print is attached to backing paper, has a note on the back and remnants of a previous mount can be seen on top of the backing paper.
