Kasamatsu Shiro – Night Rain at Shinobazu Pond

Original woodblock print. The first edition of this design was published in 1938. The current print is estimated to have been printed circa 1960s.

Image size (excluding margins): 36.2 * 24.0 cm (14.3 * 9.4 in).

The print is in good condition. On the back at four places remnants of a previous mounting remain. These shine through at the front of the print, but not in the image itself. There is very slight matburn in the image, but hardly visible.
