Ohara Koson – Cockatoo and Pomegranate

Original woodblock print. The first edition of this design was published circa 1930. The current print is from an early, but not first, edition.

Image size (excluding margins): 24.5 * 16.8 cm (9.6 * 6.6 in).

The print is in excellent state. The background of the print is not pitch-black, but not damaged either. The pictures are slightly overexposed to demonstrate this. As usual with Ohara Koson designs with a Cockatoo present, the features are very nicely embossed.
