Noel Nouet – Kioicho

Original woodblock print. The first edition of this design was published in 1937. The current print was printed in the Showa period (1926 – 1989).

Image size (excluding margins): 36.3 * 23.8 cm (14.3 * 9.4 in).

The print is in fair state. It has aged strongly and though the colors have not degraded much, the paper has yellowed and has become brittle. There are tears and missing pieces and wrinkles. There are spots and there is browning at various places in the image. On the back there are remnants of a previous mounting.
