Noel Nouet – Babasaki-mon

Original woodblock print. The first edition of this design was published in 1936. The current print is from the first edition.

Image size (excluding margins): 36.3 * 23.9 cm (14.3 * 9.4 in).

The print is in fair state. It has been preserved well, and retained its color, but due to its original presentation folder having become acidic, there are many foxing spots in the margin, and a number of more faint ones inside the image as well. There is a wrinkle in the upper margin, slightly extending into the image.
